The bespoke solution included:
- Presence and Call-Control connector into Microsoft Office Communications server
- Business Assistant Toolbar integration to Microsoft Exchange which allowed end users to click-2-call directly from outlook.
- Bring Your Own Network service, coupling our platform with Star’s network and services.

We worked directly with Star at an engineering level and achieved a market first for true Carrier Class Hosted Voice services integrated into Microsoft Communications Server.
