Private Voice VPN Support

Private Cloud supports overlapping networks when two or more private VPN networks have the same addressing schemes. This allows for the flexibility of your customers to continue to control their own address space for voice endpoints.

Secure Service Reach

Satellite office and remote workers can be part of the enterprise voice service regardless of whether they are part of the corporate MPLS/VPN network. Private Cloud service will allow for the secure traversal of calls between corporate and public addressed networks. This provides true converged solutions.

Custom QoS Marking

Bespoke TOS/Diffserv packet marking allows upstream MPLS/VPN networks to classify traffic in order to determine the priority level of treatment.

Media management control

With Private Cloud you can allow for the control of media across the MPLS/VPNnetwork and between VPN/public addressed networks. The media profile can be configured so media does not latch towards HIPCOM when two endpoints are calling each other within the same VPN. This helps to save bandwidth requirements on interconnects towards HIPCOM’s voice application.
